    At Design Theory Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and website design. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which clients (“you,” “your”) may request a refund.

    1. General Principles
    • All fees paid for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
    • Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors (such as market trends, platform algorithms, competition activity), and therefore performance cannot be guaranteed.
    1. Eligibility for Refund

    Refunds will only be considered if:

    1. The service was not initiated within the agreed timeline due to our sole fault.
    2. A duplicate payment was made in error.
    3. The purchased service was canceled before any work commenced.
    1. Non-Refundable Situations

    No refunds will be issued if:

    • The service has been partially or fully delivered.
    • Delays or unsatisfactory results occur due to client’s non-cooperation, incomplete information, or delayed feedback.
    • Advertising campaigns have already been launched and ad spend has been allocated to platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • SEO, content creation, or creative work has already been started.
    1. Ad Spend
    • Any payments made directly to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for media buying are non-refundable.
    • We cannot process refunds for such third-party charges, even if campaigns are canceled mid-term.
    1. Refund Process

    If you believe you qualify for a refund:

    1. Submit a written request to [insert official email] within 7 business days of the issue arising.
    2. Provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of your request.
    3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
